Hi there, The order came quickly and was in a padded mailer. All adhesive pads are individually welded and the side with the gel padding is additionally protected with a foil, so there is no involuntary sticking when the pads are removed. I advise labeling the sides! Because the side on which the gel pads stick has a particularly velvety coating - this makes it easier to remove again. I didn't do it once and boom a gel pad stuck to the film so tightly that it pulled off the pad... For use: 2 AAA batteries are required per "motor". Putting it together is easy with snaps (I can recommend attaching it before laying it on the training surface because the body can be very soft). The instructions are easy to understand - select a program (A, B, ... etc) and "On". Evaluation of the individual pads: Small pads work, the tension is noticeable from level A, the intensity increases from level to level. The small pads transmit the impulses well to the silver surfaces of the pads! 👍🏻 The two butt pads are different in color and I can see the connections from the connection point of the motor to the silver surfaces. The tension is present from level A, but actually only in the silver fields. Tip: check the position in the mirror and make sure that the heavier motor does not come loose with the upholstery and everything slips off. The abdominal pads are a flop, unfortunately, hence the three stars. They do not pass on the impulses to the silver surfaces. I've tried all three... Too bad. In one, it only tingles in the lower right field. I can't see long-term results yet, but I think it's only from level C or even D that the muscles are really forced to tense, the other levels before that are more of a tingling sensation, like extremities that have gone to sleep. Addendum after all stages have been tested: Sobering and after 15 minutes it's all over. The whole thing has more of a massage function than a muscle stimulator/training from Ultimate, not to mention a real shame.
