it was boxed and presented very well, came without any charge and when i went to charge it i had issues, the watch did not want to accept any charge, i cleaned the contacts and with a bit of wriggling around it eventually started to charge but keeps cutting off not a great start, but lets see how it goes from here on, thank you to the seller for an outstanding price on a beautifully presented item, apart from the issues of charging

As described. Packaging is simple small zip bag. Instructions are unclear and written in poor english. Not sure in blood pressure accuracy (need more testing). App needs some more features (periodic blood pressure check, and not so simple to use.). After first connection time synced and watch upgraded its firmware. 4 stars only for packaging.

The watch is pretty good I just need to get it to where I can see the name of the person that's calling on the screen. How to play with that a little. Other than that it seems to be working just fine
