I have never seen any thing like this in my life. However my cat love it.

They don't come with a ring to keep them all tied together. They are just placed in a small plastic pack. Also, they are not cut-out ready. You must remove the centre plastic pieces which are partially cut away to make them hollow and sometime the center pieces are still stuck pretty good risking the chance of tearing them so please be careful. Other than that it all comes down to skill hehe 😅
