This item arrived on Julh 24/20. The box was slightly bent but the item was in good condition. The metal can & the 3 inserts all have a vinyl-like protective covering that, I believe, has to be removed to wash the item before use. All the parts are included. I gave a rating of 4/5 only because the instruction & recipe manual came only in a cyrillic language & not in English as well. I Googled the product name & model to try to find a manual. The Redmond company only shows having multifunctional electric cookers.They have a recipe section that has numerous recipes using a Ham Maker in conjunction with the electric cooker. This answers the question of how one cooks the pressed meat, fish & chicken.....either in the multifunctional cooker or in a steamer. If I locate an English version of the included manual, I'll update my review. If anyone has an English version or knows where I may find a copy, please post this information. If Joom or the Joom seller has a copy of the English version of the manual, please send me a copy. Thank you!
