Rules for participating in the "Almost Free" promotion
Choose your favorite products from the promotional list and if you win, you can buy them for €0.10.
Rules of participation:
- Only registered users authorized through the iOS or Android apps can participate in the promotion.
You can only leave requests for two products per day. - If you are the winner, you can place an order for products for €0.10 within 6 days after receiving a notification of the availability of said products via the promotion. After this period, the products will no longer be available for purchase at such price.
- If you decide to cancel an order of an "Almost free" product of your own free will, provided that you won and ordered it, but change your mind afterwards and cancel the order, then you will not be able to place an order for €0.10 again for this product.
- After receiving the product, you must submit a review accompanied by a photo for this product. This will allow you to participate again in an "Almost free" products’ promotion.
- 4 winners are chosen for each "Almost free" product and they are selected randomly.
- The winners will be announced at the time of the draw, via a push notification and a message in the notification section in the app.
- By applying to buy an "Almost free" product, Users are deemed to have accepted these Rules.
How do I apply?
- Go to the promotion menu and choose "Almost free".
- Select the product you like.
- Click on the "I want it for €0.10!" button.
- Select the parameters of the product you are interested in and click "I want it for €0.10!" again (you don't need to select the product variant when applying for this promotion - this can be done after winning, while ordering the product).
Where can I see my selected products?
In the promotion menu, click on the "My entries" button. There you can see all your applications for the selected products, as well as their status.
How do I know I won the selected product I applied for and is available to buy it?
If you have the push ‘Notifications’ for “Discounts” enabled in your account, you will receive a push notification once the results of the promotion get published. You can also check the status of a promotion product by yourself by going to "My entries" section in the "Almost free" products page.
How do I place an order for a promotional product?
Click on the "Get it for €0.10" button next to the product with a promotional price. If you haven't done so in advance, please select the size/color/packaging if applicable After that you need to click on the "Get it for €0.10" button again. Next, you will need to select the delivery method and address in your cart. If you have points, then you can redeem them to pay and complete the process by clicking on the "Get it for free" button. If you do not have any points, proceed to payment by clicking on the "Get it for €0.10" button.
What should I do if I have a problem with a product?
We encourage you to visit our Help Centre via Joom website (click here) or engage in a live chat with our dedicated customer service team within our mobile application. In the event that the "Almost free" product was unavailable for shipment, has not been shipped, has not been delivered, has arrived broken, or is of poor quality, you are entitled to a 15% discount coupon for your next purchase on Joom with a validity period of 7 days.
The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion or cancel it at any time.
