I know they are natural because I have ordered before. But just like the first time, they are not 4mm as described. Here you see, making a comparison with the morganite ones, from the same shop. I already have 3 strands with the wrong size. For such expensive stones, 1 mm means a difference in money.. The product does not match the description, the stones are not 4mm. For precious stones, a difference of one millimeter or 1.5 is enormous. And the price is the same. I'm telling you this as someone who orders stones and knows that strands with stones smaller than 4mm (not 4mm) are easily found. Those of 4mm have a different status, therefore a different price. For this reason, I placed another order, thinking that there was a mistake with the first order in June. Joom team, this time I am disappointed with your decision. The parcel took about 16 days to Kryvyi Rih. The stones are of good quality, but the order was only half fulfilled. Instead of 2 threads, I got 1, that's why I removed a star in the review. The money was returned.
In reality, the stones are cloudier and much darker than in the photo. It's a shame I chose it for the bracelet. Only 3 beads matched in color.
