ONITSUKA TIGER Delegation Ex 'Red Brownbrown White' 1183A829-500

I am writing to formally complain about the extremely difficult and frustrating return process. I have spent several hours trying to find out how to return my shoes, but despite following the instructions provided on your website, I have been unable to complete the process. The instructions are inaccurate, and the buttons you refer to simply do not exist. I have also contacted your customer service multiple times but have received no response whatsoever. At this point, I still do not know where I am supposed to send the shoes, while the return deadline is almost over. This is completely unacceptable. I have made every reasonable effort to return my order, yet your return process has made it virtually impossible to do so. I will not accept being denied my right to return these items because of failures on your side. I expect you to provide me immediately with clear return instructions and a return address, or a prepaid return label if applicable. I wish to return both pairs of shoes and receive a full refund. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint through the appropriate consumer protection channels. I expect your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

I recently received my Nike Flight Legacy sneakers in the White and Deep Royal Blue colorway. Right out of the box, the quality is impressive. The tumbled leather feels premium, and the retro aesthetic—which takes clear inspiration from the basketball classics of the late '80s—looks even better in person. The stitching is clean, and the "Air Flight" branding on the tongue gives it a great vintage vibe. Delivery & Shipping The only major thing to note is the shipping time. My item was delivered in the duration of 1 month. If you are planning to buy these for a specific event or as a gift, make sure you plan ahead. However, if you are not in a hurry when ordering online, the wait is worth it. Final Verdict Overall, I liked the shoe quality; it’s very good. They are comfortable, stylish, and feel durable enough for daily wear. From my side, all things are positive regarding the product itself. Recommendation: I would like to recommend these to others as well! Just keep the longer shipping window in mind.

I ordered these Asics Jolt 5 in US size 7, which is EU 38, but you sent me EU size 37, which is US size 6. The shoes are too small. I have several other pairs of Asics Jolt 5 shoes. They are all US 7 EU 38. I offered to return the shoes you sent , but you refused to pay for shipping them back to China. This is unfair! I should not have to pay for your mistake. You sent me the wrong shoes. I should not have to pay because you don't know the size equivalencies. The photos in my review prove that EU 37 is US 6. I have also added a photo of my other Asics Jolt 5 label, which clearly shows that US size 7 is EU 38. If you don't pay the return shipping, I will report Joom for fraud to my bank and post on social media that you are a scam website.

The bag is authentic and matches the images on the website though the dimensions were missing. I was hoping it was similar to the red one which is around 240 mm long. After wearing the bag, the bag looks nice. It is different style of bag i'm not familiar with carrying... but it looks good. I am now happy with the bag. Also, the lettering on the strap for Jordan Sport faces me. When people see it, they will see it upside down. This is a minor flaw, but overall, the advert is accurate (without the dimensions.) Measurements of the bag (see label photo): 419 mm x 254 mm x 356 mm

I am very disappointed. The sneakers are at least one size smaller than expected. I tried to return them, but the return system was not working. Later, your email ended up in my spam folder, so I only saw it much too late. Now I can no longer return them. What am I supposed to do with sneakers that are too small for me? The price was very high, and I cannot even resell them for the same amount — maybe for a maximum of €130. I am very disappointed with this experience and honestly do not think I will order from China again.

Hello, I received the shoes but the size chart provided in the listing is inaccurate. The shoes are significantly smaller than expected and do not match the measurements described. I followed the size information carefully, however the actual fit is incorrect and I cannot use the item. Because of the inaccurate sizing information, I would like to request a refund. I prefer a refund solution because the size chart is inaccurate and returning internationally is very difficult. Thank you.

I bought two new balance 9060, one from zalando and the other one us this one from joom, with the same size but different color, the one from room is quite smaller which is weird as the description said that EU size is 45 but this is not 45 for sure and compared to the one I had from zalando and the one from local new balance store this is not the right size. Which I have questions now if this is the original new balance
