I am trying to find a way to inform you about this product as I have had on my bed this week and am very very diappointed at the quality of this product given I paid $106.80 and so poor quality as in my photo. Am happy to return and would like a full refund ASAP. I didn't expect this rubbish for an expensive product and pure silk does not wear like this. It's not even worthy of 1 star rating but youe website wouldn't let me proceed without a star rating.

The cover does not match the chaise longue that has an external side backrest. In the pictures you hid it with a table, so it looks like it fits a . chaise longue, and based on that I ordered it. And I also ordered light gray and it arrived in light blue..

Does not match the advertised colour. After days of trying I am still unable to sort a refund out. The last message the company sent me informing me how to get a refund disappeared

The items do not match the description, the joom app did not want to refund them. The AI message system they use is not helpful. The issue is with the EU consumer protection body.

the item was delivery at à wrong adresse. I didnt received it. DPD leave it at another adress and didnt answer me about that. what would you do for that ?
