When you first unpack the blanket, you may notice some loose fibers on the surface. Please don't worry — this is not shedding. The fabric will settle and become smoother and softer with use.

In addition, heavy buildup of dust or body oils that are left unwashed can weaken the fibers and affect the fabric’s long‑term performance.
To keep your blanket looking its best, wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle and air dry away from direct sunlight. If you have pets with sharp claws, we recommend keeping their nails trimmed or using the blanket primarily as a decorative piece.

2. Lay it flat or hang it in a well-ventilated area for 2–3 hours (or overnight for best results).
3. The plush fibers will gradually relax and return to their original voluminous, thick, and soft feel.
We strongly recommend allowing the blanket to "breathe" for a few hours before using it for the first time. The slight "fabric crease" from compression will naturally smooth out after a day of use or a gentle low-heat iron.
