Product Description COS DE BAHA T3 Facial Toner is formulated with 3% tranexamic acid to help improve the appearance of dark spots and uneven skin tone. Low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, betaine, and panthenol deliver lightweight hydration and support a comfortable moisture balance. Madecassoside, dipotassium glycyrrhizate, and allantoin help soothe sensitive-looking skin. The fragrance-free watery formula is suitable for daily use on all skin types.
