Description

A party game where you select cards with 5 and 7 syllables and rearrange them to create a tanka! You arrange "5-syllable word cards" and "7-syllable word cards" in the order of 5-7-5-7-7 to form a tanka. Players create the tanka by exchanging their hand with cards on the table. At the end, all players present their tankas, and everyone votes for the work, with the one receiving the most votes declared the winner. Whether creating a tanka that makes you chuckle or one that deeply moves you, it depends on the players' sensibilities! [How to Play] 1. Preparation: Each player holds a total of 5 cards in the 5-7-5-7-7 format, and the game starts. 2. Exchange: When it's your turn, exchange cards from your hand with those on the table. This is done for two rounds. 3. Presentation and Voting: Each player presents their tanka! Vote for the tanka, and the one with the most votes wins. [Example Works] - "I should have said goodbye, crying, if I were to be reborn, Yayho Gorilla" - "Legendary hide-and-seek in pajamas, feeling excited, autumn dusk" - "Talking in uniform after school, I found a rainbow, the beginning of summer" Number of players: 2-8 (remote play available) Playtime: 15 minutes or more Original concept and game design: Nabetobisco, poet. Editor of the web magazine "Tankaness" conveying the "corner" of tanka. Game design: Kei Amano, poet. Member of the tanka association "Tanka Jin." Provided tankas for manga "Chihayafuru" issues 93 and 95. (This data is from the time of the game's release) [Set Contents] 108 cards (54 "5-syllable cards" and 54 "7-syllable cards") and 1 instruction manual (C)NABETOBISCO, KEI AMANO, GENTOSHA 2021 Color: Multicolor Material: Paper Type: Single item
