Hello, I have received my order, but this item (like the rest of the order) is not as described or shown in the product photos. The items appear oversized and trendy in the pictures, but in reality they are very small, tight-fitting and poorly cut. The fit, style and overall appearance are significantly different from what is shown on the website. The materials and quality are also not consistent with the description and images. This issue affects all items in my order and clearly indicates that the products are not in conformity with their description and photos. I would therefore like to request a full refund. As this is my first order on Joom, I am quite disappointed with this experience. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Sir/Mad I have received this item, which it isn't in Red colours, it is In light Burgundy colours. Never mind about the colour, it is very poor quality also for the price I have paid £21.13p, which I could get this item half price of your once in here. Meanwhile this item it hasn't any packet in or out side the bag, only a small packet in side. This is advertised as an OLED screen, when in reality it is not, this appears to be an LCD screen, the recieve item also does not match the item picture nor the specs advertised, this is being fraudulently sold and advertised as OLED and I would not have purchased it if I had known it wouldnt be on arrival. The screen is not touch screen and only registers when tested as 60 hz, not 144hz, so EVERY PART OF THE ADVERT IS FALSE. The plastic in the bottom corner is also deformed and not attached to the frame, trying my best for a refund.

Nice, a little smaller than I expected - though the measurements were probably given somewhere! - but, that aside, a very fair replica of the watch I was after, for the price. The additional - fourth - dedicated 24-hour hand is there for show only (moving with the hour hand), rather than being a working function but I would expect that for around £60/$80. Good materials. Good weight. Well packed and prompt delivery. I'm happy!

I actually ordered the wrong watch. My bad! There were plenty to choose from. Sadly, it's not one of the daytonas I actually love, I prefer the ringed rather than the sold subdials for this style... but I lIKE it. It's well made, from good materials, keeps good time, was well packaged and promptly delivered. What more could I want? Well... the right watch but, like I said, the fault was mine. Doh! A good watch!

This is not number 45. It is too small product.Not fit even for number 44. How is possible to send this kind of product? 27 cm in EU mean number 42! Number 45 in EU mean 29 cm. They run 2 size almost smaller . The quality is good but the size not correspond . I’m a 47-48 size( 31,5 cm ) they are like 30 cm and if you have a little wider feet will be impossible to put the feet in the shoes . And the customer service will not approve a refund they will put you return and you will pay the fee for shipping! Sad experience

I need to cancel order and they do not make returns user friendly, do anything to force one to keep the items, failing that, the return is directly back to the supplier in China all shipping costs for your own account, very difficult to deal with. The sizes between sizes are not slight, loved the pillows, just customer service is hard work.
