Note:

Folded Packaging & Temporary Creases

To ensure safe delivery and optimize shipping costs, our bedding sets are neatly folded and securely packaged. Due to the long international transit time (10+ days) and the nature of folded packaging, it is normal for the fabric to have creases or fold marks upon arrival, especially for larger sizes (Queen/King).

Please note: These creases are a result of the packaging process and are NOT a quality defect. They do not affect the bedding's functionality, comfort, or durability.

How to remove creases:

Wash & Tumble Dry (Recommended): The most effective way to remove creases is to wash and tumble dry the bedding set before first use. The fabric will become soft, smooth, and wrinkle-free. Ironing: You may also use a steam iron on low/medium heat to smooth out stubborn creases. Natural Recovery: Creases will naturally fade over time with regular use and washing.

About Color Difference

Product photos are taken by professional photographers and carefully adjusted to match the actual products as closely as possible. However, due to lighting, display settings (monitor/phone screen deviations), and personal perception of color, there may be slight color differences between the actual product and the photos. This is NOT a product quality issue. Please refer to the actual product received.

About Size

Please allow 1-3cm differences due to manual measurement. We recommend measuring your mattress before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
