This and the other 4 kaftans we ordered took ages and ages to arrive. But worse, this one and 3 others are easily 3 sizes too small: badly made and made from awful material. 2 arrived damaged with holes, which must have happened in the factory. Also, they're all far too short. Out of the 5 different kaftans we ordered, only one was the true size and fits fine BUT still was badly made. Both its side seams are of different lengths and the material isn't what was expected but it's ok. BE WARNED, trying to arrange returns for these damaged, poorly made and undersized garments is impossible so far, due to Joom's idiotic and not fit for purpose returns instructions, on their site and APP. None of it is possible which makes me wonder if it's all a SCAM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING JOOM IT'S BEEN A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE and if we're not refunded I'll be reporting them to many as well as TRUSTPILOT.

This item is very disappointing. The description said it was a warm coat. It is not warm and dark colors worn underneath can be seen through what should have been a lovely winter white coat. The material it is made from is very thin with no lining. The picture on the model shows a heavier textured material and with a lining of at least the front edge, collar and hood. This is not on the sent item, the entire coat is just a rolled single edge. It mentioned buttons on the collar but they do not exist. The description of the sizing said it was a loose fit so I ordered my usual size and expected it to be loose. It was actually too tight, not flowing like the picture. I would like a refund of my money as this is a complete misrepresentation.

The 3 kg weights are very, very large (in volume). I didn't describe the size of the product as the size of a 10 kg weight. I have nowhere to store it!!!. Why don't you list the size of the product???!! Length, height, etc.. I thought I would receive a small product about the size of the green one.. but that's really excessive. How do you recycle the product? 😡😡😡

Super comfortable, it’s not like the rest of the height booster soles that make your toe stand out when you’re wearing them even with jeans. They fit very comfortably and you can walk with them without feeling weird. They don’t look as height boosters shoes from the outside. I don’t have any promo or anything I took the time to write this because I’m a 170cm guy and with this I’m 180cm so it helped a lot and seeing this may help other guys too. Also if you buy them at conzuri or Lucille’s you’re basically paying double to a random 16 year old dropshipper.

The product has a very low quality, the fabric looks and feels like plastic, the sewing is really bad and overall gives a cheap product feeling. It was overpriced for its quality, the delivery costs about 7 euros and I was not able to track where my order was, due to very bad Chinese translations: "The client has been notified, the order is available for pickup". After multiple calls to all the post offices in my area, I was able to identify where my order was sent to. A very bad purchasing experience!

The products I ordered Haven't been delivered!!! I paid for the products, the page says they have been delivered, but THEY WEREN'T!! Deliever these products to me or give back my money!! It's not correct, not fair and not professional. I believe Joom is a correct and professional company that does not afford these mistakes and lies. Nobody delivered these items to me or anyone in may apartment. The address is correct, and the ITEMS ARE NOT DELIEVERED!!
