I am a size 6-7 waist. About 27". Ordered the 3XL. Sizing is way off. Certainly corrects my posture! I have it hooked on the 1st set of hooks, so I will be able to slowly tighten. I think if you are a size 9 waist, this size should be ok for you. Love it!
It's really good..doesn't really help with weight loss, but I enjoy wearing it, its comfy. I got big thighs so it makes noises as I run. Overall it's really good. Nothing really bad to do about it, but that I got the wrong size. Haha
So, I'm torn on this... I like how it fits snug, less noticeable when I'm in the gym. It isn't very thick, so it doesn't make you sweat as much as the others I've bough. I put another,, plastic wrapping type one, under this one. Works really well together. The pink one in my other reviews.
