When I open the package I discover the cane with paint on the pomo of the cane and on the cane, I'm not happy, I order a lot from joom and this is the first time I have had such a problem from joom. I expect a gesture from you, a gift would be welcome.

This walking stick is nice and sturdy but I have had to use PTFE tape on the threads to tighten them up and I have had to glue the head to the tube. I should not need to have to go to these lengths to make a walking stick secure.

A refined and beautiful cane

Very good
