What should I say. It's just plastic, but pretty, but unfortunately too small for a size 40. But I have another request, I have sent the goods back with the tracking number: CY 4402 9268 2DE, it is a DHL package EU to the address: SIA Joom/Alena Zharnikova, R.Alexandre Herculano 50, 1250-051 Lisbon. Portugal. Order No: M24M97YY. I paid €44.00 for the shoes, I ask for a refund to my account: IBAN: DE69 7025 0150 0028 1112 50. Please send me an e-mail address with which I can communicate. I can no longer download all of that at my age of 83, please understand. Thank you! Best Brigitta Jabri

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I ordered and bought a few shoes from you! Beforehand, I measured my foot length (as requested and described = 28.4 cm) and then ordered the recommended size 47 according to the information in the purchase advertisement! I normally wear a 44.5 (according to the description, the shoes should be considerably smaller and then correspond to my usual size) ! I have now tried the shoes and they are much or considerably too big! I would like to return them! What do I have to do and where do I have to send them? ? I have also informed Klarna about the matter! Awaiting a prompt and satisfactory response, I remain Kind regards  P. Sakowsky

42 is less than the standard 41... The shoes arrived in the condition shown in the photos, and now the hit - in response to the complaint, I received advice: "Regarding creases: we recommend stuffing the footwear firmly with paper or soft fabric, then you can place a damp towel on the creased areas and direct hot air from an iron or hairdryer onto it. Next, remove the towel and leave the moccasins to dry naturally. If the creases do not disappear after this procedure, please inform us." The only thing is that when buying the shoes (for over PLN 150 + shipping costs), there was no mention of the aforementioned "user manual". The quality is worse than from a stall for thirty zlotys....

Red shoes were delivered, but in a different design. There were communication problems with Joom, I wanted to log in, the password was incorrect, the message when resetting said I should click the link in the email. The email never arrived.. I reported it to Paypal, should send the shoes back, which costs 20 Euros to Latvia. The package is at a station there because no one is at the address and no one at the parcel station is picking up the return. I hope I get the money back. The shoes that were delivered do not match the photo and are really ugly.
