l When i first opened joom to find a squid game mask identical to the one they used in the show i found this one and the image looked identical and below the image it said “matches the image” so i thought i would order it fast forward 2-3 weeks it arrives and i open the bag it was in and it was bent and broken at the top left which disappointed me since halloween is in 4 days and i need a mask to wear for my costume i hope we can resolve this problem and i can be reimbursed

Unfortunately, as has already happened in the past with the green one, the ring arrives with a much smaller stone compared to the one in the listing photo. The comparison with the pink one, which is instead consistent with what was ordered, leaves no doubt. If the manufacturer has changed the size of the stone, they must also change the published photo, and if the models are different in the same advertisement, this must be evident.

Hello, We received the squid game mask dented and broken. Thank you for taking note of this and for informing us of the reimbursement procedures. I am attaching the photo. It doesn't surprise me that the mask is dented and chipped because it was just covered with plastic and when you know the transport conditions. cordially J.Blavoet

Ordered multiple times, unfortunately, a different model than the one in the photo always arrives. The stone is one-third the size of the one shown. I also ordered other colors, which arrived as expected, only the green one is different. The first order was fully refunded, the second only 50%.

This shirt is really cute. Can't wait for summer so I can wear it. It fits perfectly as well. Its made of spandex material but its not too tight at all. I adore it so much!
