. I wanted to take the size above to be able to put a sweater underneath. But it's too big overall. And then I don't like the material Very complicated to make a return!!!! You have to do a lot of things and in the end you achieve nothing ..... Very disappointed because the item, even if it is not defective, may not please us !!!!

Poorly finished product: the hood and collar are well padded, however the body, and particularly the forearms, do not have the expected quilting. Result: the head overheats and the body is cold. Furthermore, the price and delivery times are very unsatisfactory compared to other products coming from China.

It's not the color in the photo it's lighter I will not buy from this page again to return a product they are not like other apps that send a label with a tracking number this is a very bad service I DO NOT recommend BUYING HERE it is maritime for making returns I have lost my money since I have not been able to return it

The backpack broke after 3 days of use. The buckle broke and it can no longer be used because the pocket is not fully closed and everything falls out of it.. I asked for a product exchange and was refused. They only offered a 30% refund, which is absolutely ridiculous. A backpack for 150 PLN breaks after 3 days!

Brought this as part of daughter in-law's present for her birthday, pleased with the product myself but not heard back from her yet. Daughter in law is really pleased with it & will try & keep it for herself as teenage daughters have been eyeing it up to borrow !!😂
