I will report Joom's activity to UOKIK for the lack of a product return option. Neither the website nor the application contains the option to submit a return for goods purchased online. This is blatant fraud. There is no tab enabling product return. Lots of deliberately looping redirects. Clicking on the ordered item on the right side of the screen DOES NOT HAVE A RETURN OR REFUND TAB. Contact live chat is a blatant mockery. The chat with the automaton constantly scrolls through questions whether you want to return the item or product, or perhaps withdraw from the contract... brilliant. I warn everyone. The company's operating system is not compliant with European Union law

The strap is smaller than original and is a very poor fit to the watch case. Unfortunately I will not be leaving it attached to my Tissot. First picture is my strap and second picture is Joom strap. Third picture is highlighting the poor fit area. Note the gap between case and strap. It’s unsafe. Thank you for your consideration. Andrew

The quality is good. However, the silicone band is slightly off in thickness and width at the connecting points to the watch. Even with some cutting it is not possible to connect the wrist band properly to my Big Bang 1st Generation from 2008 as the holes for the screws don’t seem to fit either. A disappointment.

Wrong strap sent, requested a refund and sent the strap back paying for the shipping but the refund was rejected citing the expired time for the refund request... this is absolutely not true, so "BEWARE"...!!!

Hello, neither of the two products received works, I put in batteries without success. I noticed that on both cases there is no button to turn it on, it's an empty hole.

Will never buy from Joom again. They promise delivery dates they can’t comply with. It will now be 5 weeks until I maybe get my product instead of 2 weeks. Absolutely appalling service!

Very different colour to what I've placed order for based on product picture. I wanted dark brown and got light brown. I'm looking for a change for identical or refund, please advise!
