Land Rover Range Rover Sport (2005-2009) Front Grille Upgrade for Air Intake Enhancement

It's a Mercedes w211 (the model is correct) but it should be 840x110 in length and it is 720x80! It's useless to me! What can I do in this case ? ? Can I not return it? Because the model does not match the one I wanted. The dimensions. It should have been 840x110 and it is 720x80 WILL BE FOR RETURN ! ! IT IS WRONG ! ! ! The dimensions. It should have been 840x110 and it is 720x80 WHEN WILL THEY ANSWER ME ? ? ? I AM NOT AT ALL SATISFIED WITH JOOM ! !

I ordered this : A-Class W169/B-Class W245 Hood Air Vent 1698360018 And I only received one part out of three. See photos of the order and what I received. I am requesting a refund and the return of your part at your expense, of course.. I am really not satisfied and disappointed and I almost feel like I've been ripped off. Mr. GAVARD

The product received is not the same as the one ordered, I don't know if it's a delivery error or if the product photo does not match the product for sale. This is the first time I am using Joom, so I cannot say whether this is a common problem or not.

I did not receive the complete order, I only received one piece but without the rest I can't do anything with it so I want to return it, I need the whole item as it was described, I only received one of the side parts.

I received my order today. Unfortunately i ordered a a passenger side fog grille thing but you've sent me the drivers side.one. What address should I return this part to? Sarah Lloyd

Be careful, they say delivered, but it's absolutely not true. My order LX073373502NL shows as delivered but it's absolutely not true!

Only one piece of the ordered set arrived, it's useless and they don't even refund, stay away!!!!

You only get one part from the whole set, so never order there again
