3pcs Football Pattern Drawstring Bags with Practical Pockets, Easy To Carry Football Training Bags

I received a clearly faulty item. The collar on this top is completely misshapen and way too big. When my son put it on, the neck opening stretched all the way from the right side of his neck across to his left shoulder, causing it to fall right off of him. The proportions are entirely off. To make matters worse, it is very frustrating that I can’t get any support on the website regarding this issue—the customer service options are completely missing. I am extremely disappointed with this quality control and am requesting either a full refund or a proper replacement sent out immediately.

The product is good, the shipping is bad. The Correos Express courier called me and told me that the delivery was to the street level and did not go up to my in-laws' house, even though they live on the first floor. My in-laws are elderly and find it very difficult to go down the stairs. In the end, I had to change to a pickup point and go to collect it. Investigate this situation and if the delivery is to the street level, please notify us so we can send it to a pickup point or not order it.

Why didn't I get a 7 euro coupon for my 70 euro purchase????? Furthermore, the PayPal payment is too fast, resulting in a double order that I have to reship at my expense and, moreover, I have to find the senders' addresses??? And again, for the same supplier, only one item should be sent??? So 2 packages at 24 euros??? This is uncommercial, I will not order from you again.

Terrible purchase. The size is small for my son, and when I requested the return, they told me I have to pay the shipping costs myself, which amount to €24.. I will never buy on this app again and will rate it negatively whenever possible.. This is the first time something like this has happened to me with an online purchase.

Everything is great. The jersey set is of good quality and arrived complete. The size information also fits.. The shipment tracking also worked great, so you were always kept up to date.. All in all really great.

The product I bought does not correspond to what was shown to me on the website. The shorts are very small and the blouse too. It stated it was for adults and the size is for a child. What should I do to order an identical product but larger. For an adult. Thanks

Item has defects. Customer service very bad from Joom. Defects are clearly visible, unfortunately my return request is rejected several times, never again Joom, I will now activate buyer protection.
