I am in hospital at the moment after a heart attack I don't know what's been delivered but I have a safe place for any deliveries that won't go through my letter box or if too big for any of those I have good neighbours who look after things for me. Plus all the delivery drivers I have had so far have been trustworthy.

The box was shipped without protective packaging and was delivered to me with the glass broken and the wooden frame damaged. A terrible service from the seller who did not know how to package the product with adequate protection to prevent damage during transport.

Re Order No 6JY87982 - NOT WORKING ! The Clock mechanism does not work properly it keeps stopping, it only works for a couple of hours at a time, then it stops again. Tried changing batteries, but it makes no difference. Please send a replacement mechanism!! Thank you

Nice traffic light , but definitely it’s not like in the picture . Well, it works and my child is happy . it’s not nice of you to send another product instead of the one I ordered . Hope this will never happen to another customers here

The order arrived in Chisinau in a month, it corresponds to the product description, I can't comment on the quality because I haven't been able to use it yet The thermostat is good, works easily. Thank you Joom!

Perfect just like the one I had good product quality excellent packaging the only thing I didn't understand is that in the photo there are 2 screwdrivers and this is the one I received

The kites are beautiful, they even arrived earlier than expected. The only flaw, one of the 10 kites ordered does not have the string and the handle for flying... Overall, however, a good purchase.
