(3) After heating for about 1 minute, turn off the heat and allow the pan to cool to a certain extent. (4) Once the pan has cooled, start cooking over low to medium heat. If you add ingredients before the pan is warm, it will cause sticking. When cooking, add a lot of oil to the entire pan and heat it thoroughly before adding ingredients to prevent them from burning.
