Using white-kelp from Minami Hokkaido, made with carefully selected ingredients such as natural brewed soy sauce, Okinawa's Shima Marine Salt, and Kyoto Junmai Fuji Vinegar to bring out umami and tenderness. No chemical seasonings, synthetic preservatives, or artificial coloring are used. It can be enjoyed as-is on rice, as ochazuke, or in light pickles.
