Directions: Fill a bathtub with warm water, add the bath salt, and stir by hand. Once the salt has dissolved, soak for 15-20 minutes, relax, and then gently rinse with clean water. *We recommend using one sachet (50g) for a full or half-body bath, and half a sachet (approximately 25g) for a foot bath.
