General feedback on orders via Joom: 1. Items are usually too small (T-shirts, pants, etc. - but also other items) 2. Quality is rather poor. (Temptingly low prices turn out to be a bad buy and are therefore expensive in the end.) 3. If - for clothing - the material description says "cotton", then that means: the article contains (!) cotton (eg 50%). The rest is polyester, elastane etc.... (For some products the material is a complete deception, but is not stated on the product (I can definitely distinguish cashmere from synthetic fabrics.). 4. An order of 20 items, for example, will be delivered in half separate (individual) deliveries. Even if it is (for example) the same T-shirt in two different colors. 5. Returns are often time-consuming and difficult. The costs for postage must be borne by the customer and often exceed the value of the purchased product. 6. Delivery times are extremely long. (Several weeks) I will not buy from Joom again!

Dear Sirs. I bought 3 jackets, I still have a desire for others in my mind. BUT all 3 bought 4XL jackets are too small, as if they were L or XL in Polish sizes. but this 3XLgray sweater under which I am writing these opinions is most compatible [ok it could be a bit bigger but it fits] and fits, [on a person whose 4XL jackets were so small that they fit his brother who wears S or M, sometimes L - delivery 10.12.2024. and I put in a request for a refund for the jackets or for 5XL to be sent because that's the maximum size. But I think 5XL may still be too small. Unless something went wrong with the sizing and the machine gave the wrong labels. The sizes I wear are Regular XL or XXL, and 3 XL are too big, unless for winter and under 2 sweaters :)] That's why my experience so far: I was a bit surprised. [that 4XL jackets have L/XL sizes and a 3 XL sweater fits]. When I buy the next things, I will aim for 5 XL or 6, if available. By analogy to the purchased sizes. I'm waiting for the matter to be clarified, contact with the JOOM helpdesk has been exemplary so far. They reacted quickly.

Hello I just received the order. Both shirts have arrived much larger. I ordered the size XXL, which says 51.4 cm and in reality it is 54 cm in back width. In the sleeve length, size XXL says it is 66 cm and it has reached 68 cm. The problem is that then one will never know if they are more or less centimeters. In other words, they sell clothes so that the customer has to fix them. It says that the measurement is manual, and does not justify the error. It is the same everywhere, because when cutting they use patterns according to each size. How are they going to say that there can be a difference of up to 4 centimeters and still without knowing if they are centimeters more or less. Nothing, it's embarrassing.
