1/32 BMW M6 GT3 Rally Car Alloy Model Car Toy Diecasts Casting Sound and Light Car Toys for Children Vehicle

I received the 2024 Ford Mustang model that I ordered from Joom, but I have noticed an issue with the product. The product description on Joom clearly states that the car has LED lights and engine sound and is battery-powered. However, the model I received does not appear to have a battery compartment, and I cannot activate the lights or sound. The bottom of the car is marked with the model number KT5455. I have checked the car carefully, but I cannot find where the batteries should be installed. Could you please confirm whether I received the correct model? If this model is supposed to have lights and sound, please explain where the batteries are located, what type of batteries are required, and how to activate these functions. If the product I received is different from the one advertised, I would like a replacement or a refund.. I would greatly appreciate an urgent response, as this item is intended as a gift and I need to resolve this issue as soon as possible.. I can provide photos of the car and its underside if needed. Thank you for your prompt assistance. I look forward to your urgent response.

Good afternoon Yesterday 06/01/2026 I purchased a white Tesla model Y toy car and paid with a Visa card from Novo Banco the amount of €32.34. Visa card no. 460342...••• 9983. I have not received any email confirmation of this purchase to date. Please send the confirmation and delivery date by email or refund the money.. Thanks Parimal Nathalal

The delivery date on the homepage was given as December 17th to 24th. It was delivered in January - which is completely unacceptable, as it was intended as a Christmas present for my son. As a bonus, a rear light was squeezed in on the right side, which is actually intended for the left. It was my first and last order from Joom!

Beautiful toy vehicle, with lights, sound functions, doors that open, rubber tires, flywheel, suspension on front and rear axles, great Bigfoot look, inside view of the engine indicated, interior fittings, large to touch for a realistic diorama, decorative, lots of cars and functions, with cardboard for visual inspection. Successful, fun to play with.

The product is not bad... the only problem is that although it was sent with batteries, the LED lights and the fake engine noise were not working, what a shame... given the new packaging, the new shipment as a return was not worth it to send it back just for the wasted time, thanks anyway.

Came with dirt and other trash on it. Extremely disappointed. Its not alloy, the sound is broken, there are no openable doors, which makes sense since its an openwheeler, but those are still mentioned in the screenshots. Full of bullshit. It doesn't have pullback nor leds either.

Arrived but had a small minor scratch on the front of the bonnet and bonnet was open in the box, the display side of the bonnet may have bended slightly during transportation, I had to press down one side of the car bonnet until it finally fully closed. Luckily nothing too major.

The package was well secured, waiting time 16 days, although the order specified a glossy purple color and a matte one arrived, but for me it's better because that's exactly what I wanted, but only the glossy one was available for order
