Honda Civic/Accord/CRV Compatible Headrest & Neck Pillow

Good day, I received the item. Unfortunately, it has no attachment for the headrest in the car. Therefore, I have already requested the return multiple times. Unfortunately, I have not received any feedback with the return label to this day. This is not good service. I urgently request a response.

I requested 2 sets of 4 pieces each with the Toyota logo as advertised on the website. I have received only 1 set and without the logo. They are not to my liking, and I have requested a refund.

Claim not processed despite several reminders. Now I am told that the 30-day period has expired. This is either incompetence or a scam. Joom is a site to avoid.

Doesn't look like the seller's pictures, only when you order it yourself and it arrives do you see how cheap and bad the product is.

VW logo is not white on black as shown, but a white and blue sticker. The subtle red stitching lines visible in the photos are also absent.

The photo looked better, unfortunately. The headrests are of good quality, but the logo is poorly printed.

Pillow quality good but Mrrcedes writing in white on item is coming off already not so good

VW logo in blue, at least the right photo could be provided
