I ordered the burgundy color and, as can be seen in the images, what arrived is a shade between pink and orange that has nothing to do with what was shown on the website. The fabric is of very poor quality and the size also doesn't match: according to the website, XL is equivalent to 116 cm chest, so the dress should measure between 58 and 60 cm from armpit to armpit. However, this one barely reaches 49 cm. When you request a return, they provide you with an address in China, and you are responsible for the shipping costs. In an order with several dresses, none of which were the same as the picture, they gave me three different addresses to return them. They play on the fact that it won't be profitable for you to return anything, between the international shipping and the multiple packages.. My recommendation is not to order anything from this store. I am going to consult the OCU to verify if these return conditions are legal and also to review the differences between what is advertised and what actually arrives.

The ad shows a jacket, but they send a bag to store Moncler clothes instead of photographing the bag, they photograph a jacket. It's clear the ad is not read correctly if a jacket is shown. Moreover, the title clearly states that it is a jacket. I request a refund, I cannot use something like this...!! The listing shows a jacket, but what was sent is actually a garment bag from Moncler. I accidentally ordered size 5XL. However, on the 14th day, which was still within the return period, there was no option to select a "Return Item" button while trying to return an item. The only available option was to leave a review.. In addition, the material and workmanship of the dress are very different from what was advertised. The fabric is synthetic and does not look light or flowy as shown in the photos. The actual product differs significantly from the images and does not meet expectations. Out of a total of 5 items ordered (1 was not delivered (money was returned to me) and out of the remaining 4 items, only 1 is according to my expectations.

Ordered on August 3rd, but only received on August 20th. That is of course too long. The holiday is over. When you order summer clothes in the summer, you naturally expect to still be able to wear them.. The material is too thin and rag-like. Far too inferior for the price.!!! The width doesn't fit, much too tight, the armhole is much too small for a vest, after all, you have to wear it over other clothes, The lapel hem is a disaster, although it's lined with fleece, it curls outwards so you have to be ashamed.

It's very elastic, in fact you can easily take a size smaller if you weigh 75 kilos, I weigh 83 and yet it's very loose under the arms, very nice for everyday to stay warm, it's very soft and anyway it's cute, but it's not sexy like in the photo. It's much more high-necked than it looks in the photo, it doesn't have nice round buttons, but they are the simple ones for men's shirts, for those who want sexy flashy and tight clothes it's unfortunately not suitable. For everyone else it's very good, Perfect.😊

Jacket was ordered on 11/3/26 and finally arrived on 8/4/26 - They said delivery should be within 6-10 days. Upon checking the jacket over, I found that the hem work on the back of the jacket, around the waist band hadn't even been finished, as the photos clearly show. There were loose bits of cotton still attached to the jacket hanging off. The quality of workmanship on this particular jacket is extremely poor, and the delivery time sucked. It's going to be returned and a refund requested.
