I want to report that the product I received is of the lowest possible quality and the cheapest Chinese fake, which in no way corresponds to the price I paid (120 PLN). As sellers, you behave like common scammers and fraudsters, pushing junk onto people for a considerable amount of money.. I demand an immediate refund of the entire amount to my account. I also inform you that I do not intend to send this item back to you. This thing is not even worth 5 minutes of my time standing in queues at the post office and packing a parcel because of your fraud.

I highly recommend Joom! (We ordered a wall clock that was neatly packaged) I was always told where my package was, despite the low price from China to Trier! Dear team, thank you for that! I will definitely order from you again! Kind regards, K. Mehlich

Really bad quality description says "COTTON" but I'm sure it's more polyester than cotton, i'm sweating A LOT in it the zipper is also bad quality, it works really bad, I have to struggle to zip it and unzip it, I'm afraid I'll break that zipper :/

A really terrible sweater that is deformed, poorly sewn and has a completely different cut. It's not far at the bottom and the workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. An absolute bad buy for the overpriced sweater.

The coat arrived completely inconsistent with the description. Definitely too short as you can see in the pictures 🤣🤣 The description said it was oversize, but the coat is narrow . Only the color matches .

Pockets like in children's trousers, the button immediately flew off when trying to fasten them, where my other trousers with the same waist do not have this problem, and the appearance of the trousers does not match the photo.

The pants smell very bad .. they had to be washed twice to get rid of the smell, otherwise they are good .. the quality is ok, you will see a second thread of unstitched thread

The size M that I always use is very small, I requested a return to demand an XL but they reply that they don't do returns. To be reported to antitrust authorities
