Good evening, They delivered the order to me yesterday. The order arrived late but also, upon opening it, we saw that it was sticky. We checked it and on the bottom it is punctured and a viscous gel is coming out, besides emitting a strong chemical smell.. You are selling it as if it were an original nee doh and it is not, the strong chemical smell it emits, the hole that releases the viscous liquid outwards and on the outside it is oily indicate poor quality and risks. I paid 18 euros for this item and I don't understand that this product arrived in these conditions, not to mention the delay. I want to make the return and get my money back, please. This product is for my 5-year-old son and I find it very unprofessional that it arrived in these quality conditions.. I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to make the return and receive the corresponding refund.. Attached photographs: image0.jpegimage1.jpegimage2.jpeg

I received a product that has nothing to do with the photos and the description! I am waiting for a response from the service to be refunded! Especially since I still paid €58 for the two small rattles to please my children! I really wanted those ones as described in the description and on the photos at the time of purchase!!!! (I have screenshots of the description and the images of the product I wanted and ordered, nothing conforms to the description and what I received!!!!!)

Not original packaging, packaging is bent and destroyed during transit Also.. figure does not fit in the packaging . This is not something I can gift to someone. I am so unbelievably sad about this. The figures are not colored well, green paint stains on a black ribbon, the balloon is sticked to the figure itself. The plastic is really soft I like the dress and the hair This is NOT worth my money, which I paid extra for, the highest price of the varieties

The shipping took a very long time and when it arrived, it turns out it's not what I bought. You have sent a different product than the one I bought. I had bought the pack of 3 SHAGGY sensory balls from Nee Doh (random color) and you sent 1 FUZZ BALL sensory ball in pink from Nee Doh. A shame after waiting so long.

Order still not delivered despite the mention "delivered"!!! Order placed on June 26th, the little one's birthday is coming and I'm desperate... I sent a complaint several weeks ago with no response, I hope to be able to change my mind if I finally receive the order! Order to avoid then.
