Hi there, The order came quickly and was in a padded mailer. All adhesive pads are individually welded and the side with the gel padding is additionally protected with a foil, so there is no involuntary sticking when the pads are removed. I advise labeling the sides! Because the side on which the gel pads stick has a particularly velvety coating - this makes it easier to remove again. I didn't do it once and boom a gel pad stuck to the film so tightly that it pulled off the pad... For use: 2 AAA batteries are required per "motor". It doesn't work correctly, no possibility to check parameters because the product is allowed for sale in Poland without any label in the language, which is forbidden by law!! The product is probably not approved for use in Poland because I don't see any instructions etc. I learned that there are high penalties for this - better be careful when using it. And filing a complaint is a separate issue: at least two photos and a video - with what if I don't have anything to make them with? The adventure with this joom is not starting nicely.
