Purchased on October 31st - arrived on November 25th. According to the tracking, the parcels were in Poland 14 days ago, so I don't know where they were for those two weeks.... The offer photos show nice thick sticks, but in reality they are 5 thin twigs of 2 mm each, which the cats broke with one bite... It's a pity, because you can see that they are very interested in new toys. If the twigs were thicker, long gnawing would help clean teeth. I don't know what these twigs are soaked in, but 6 cats went crazy about them. They smell like dry green tea to me 😉
Pros: Arrived nearly 2 weeks early and looks good, bigger than expected (nearly half the length of a bed and almost the width of a double bed) so plenty of room to play on Cons: just a pity it arrived folded and not rolled up because you need to get all the creases out of it before you can let the kids play with it
Broken . Support of this site asked me for pictures to proof damages , but when I sent they just told me:” to late” . Absolutely disrespectful attitude , they never helping but playing till it’s to late and not solving the problem. Would stop buy from here because many times was just loosing money.
Hello, my package arrived yesterday. The wooden toy itself is well made. The delivery and packaging was also good, but unfortunately there was probably a manufacturing defect 🤷🏻♀️ there were scratches on the apple, I got my money back. If it wasn't for that, it would be a great toy.
