Physics and Technology of Semiconductor Devices Author: Andrew Grove

Contents: This is a classic book on semiconductor device physics written by Andrew Grove, who became president of Intel in 1979, CEO in 1987, and chairman from 1997 to 2005.

Condition: Most of the text is written in the book, and there is a signature on the back endpaper. There are some wrinkles and stains on the cover, some damage to the edges, some discoloration on the spine, and some discoloration on the edges. When I acquired it, there was no cover, and I am not sure if it was originally attached.

This is a used book, so please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about the condition.
