At this point, I still do not know where I am supposed to send the shoes, while the return deadline is almost over. This is completely unacceptable. I expect you to provide me immediately with clear return instructions and a return address, or a prepaid return label if applicable. I wish to return both pairs of shoes and receive a full refund.
