How do I save or delete card data?

How to Save Your Card for Future Purchases

Your card details will be saved automatically after your first payment if you select "Save card for future purchases". If you don't select this option, your card details won't be saved.

On the website:

  1. Add an item to the cart and click "Proceed to checkout".
  2. In the "Checkout" section, select "Bank card" as the payment method.
  3. Enter your card details, make sure to check "Save card for future purchases", and click "Buy for…".

In the app:

  1. Add an item to the cart and tap "Buy".
  2. Enter the delivery address and tap "Next", then "Confirm".
  3. Choose "Bank card" as the payment method, enter card details, and check the "Save card for future purchases" box.
  4. Tap "Pay".

If your saved card has disappeared from "My Cards", it means the card details were automatically removed from our system. Simply re-enter the card information during your next payment, and it will be saved again.

How do I remove a saved card?

On the website:

  1. Add any item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Under "Payment method", find the saved card you wish to remove and click the trash bin icon to delete it.

In the app:

  1. Go to "My Cards" in your profile.
  2. Tap the three dots next to the card you want to remove and select "Delete".
