I don't recognize a charge on my card

If you notice a payment from Joom on your statement but haven't placed any orders, here's what you can do:

  • Check your order history in the app. You might have placed an order earlier, and the charge appeared later.
  • Consult your bank. Sometimes, during payment attempts, they temporarily "hold" the amount. This isn't an actual charge: the money will return if the order was canceled or not completed.
  • Ask your close ones. Someone with access to your account or device might have made a purchase.
