This long reach flexible claw is an inferior product from the first one I've purchased. The pushed down for the opening of the claw is stiff and jams in the beginning of the push. It seems it has a flaw in the manufacture of the cable of the claw. The first one I bought was flawless.

Seems to be well manufactured and sturdy. The gripper seems robust and the spring is strong enough to hold heavy objects. When some screw or tool falls somewhere unreachable.

A good strong flexible claw which is ideal for retrieving dropped nuts and bolts in sumps etc. Worth the money and definitely cheaper than some of the tools stores.
