Hello, I received the item but did not try it yet because I did not receive the glue entitled as per the user manual. I complained 3 times but since my emails are not looked at by the same employee, I always receive a different answer. It is really frustrating! Mr Lene even sent me a package list which is not the same I have in my package! So I feel i have been cheated. regards, John Gatt.
