The clipper is not the problem. The clipper works okay. The red shoe is not the shoe that was described to me and I'd a very bad blot on China's reputation. The green shoes is exactly as described but I dont like it. Looking up close the materials are poor. Red shoes does one thing, puts Joom's reputation on the line.

Looks good but my son says it pinches your skin and pulls the hair. I haven't tried it myself. Maybe works for cutting hair not for shaving beard. I'll have to try it see how it works for a haircut. All pieces seem to be there. The combs are of different sizes. Not sure how it holds battery, though.
