I have tried to pair it to my phone and it does not work. It comes with a Device Adding Timeout message --------------- These people must be crazy! Read this before you buy this product! They have asked me to send photographs of the packaging, photographs of all the pages of the manual and a video showing the pairing/installation process. I have sent a 5.50 min video doing all the available options for the pairing process. And look what they are asking now Hello! Thanks for waiting. In order for us to help, we need another video. Please show us in the video how you take new batteries out of the package and change them in the device. Then try to activate the device again. Show us all this on video. Thanks for understanding. How much time should I waste on a 20-euro faulty product? If there were no good batteries how did I do the 5.50 min video displaying that the unit is no good? ---- I was advised today that a refund was issued. Well done. Has anybody bought this product, or another similar to it, that works as it is described? I need a few with this functionality.
