1. Shipping was late for over a week than it was saying after purchase. 2. Ordered phone case for my Samsung Galaxy S10 and after opening the package it had a crack on the top of front side. It was clearly sent with a defect before putting it in to the package because the package wasn't damaged or opened. 3. Help centre is useless. After trying both options on website and android it is impossible to find how to contact support team. If anyone is reading these reviews I am asking to be refunded or sent a good condition item again to the same address. Picture attached.
