When I tried connecting this product to my phone and practically every other device, it would not connect yet according to the manual, the case and earbuds were fully charged. The earbuds would not pair with each other, even when I followed the manual. I believe I received a faulty product.
Is working pretty good, very sensitive to the touch, the functions of each touch is not described well, but it is interesting to discover them by your own. Sound is great, connecting separately to some phones, automatically setting the highest volume. It was charged. I recommend.
I've charged these buds up and set phone up it tells me pairing has been achieved but does not play when I activate Bluetooth, I have another pair that work fine , I would like a refund.
