Too small for 38cm steeringwheel, heat does not work (It does not heat, warm when conected to 12v). Do nor spend money on this. This is very very bad. Money out of window..... I would like to retur product, but it is very difficult to understand how I can do that.

Doesn't heat well. Doesn't stick to the steering wheel. To get established you need to spend at least 10 minutes. With active use it flies off.
