The product is fantastic, just as I wanted, only one thing, perhaps next time I would put in integrated batteries, because I didn't know they were missing and now I have to go and buy them. Regarding the joom site, quite bad, because not only did the order already take practically 2 weeks from when I ordered it, but they also extended the order to almost 1 month and at a certain point I no longer received news of the package, I didn't know where it was and if it was arriving or not, they didn't notify me of anything, in fact I was about to request a refund because the expected days of arrival had passed and they didn't send me any email to update me on the delay of the package, therefore for how the service was managed, quite bad... and I'm sorry.

The lightstick is indeed an official one. It connected without any problem to the Blackpink app and works perfectly. The chip is too happy. Allow time for the order as it took 3 weeks to arrive. Well packaged. No gift with the order or photo card.

there was a bit of delay in the delivery but everything came perfectly, I was scared because it was too light but that's how it is, I had no idea of the weight lol anyway it connected with the app just fine, you can change the colors and everything else, everything as expected!!
