What's the point of putting a protector and something else as a gift if you can't package the vinyl so it won't get scratched during shipping? My vinyl was damaged, there is a dent on the packaging, there is also a mark on the record itself. Maybe someone buys BTS vinyls for the sake of beautiful cards, but I buy them just to listen. Now I won't be able to listen to at least one song. It would be better if they wrapped an extra layer of protective film than these free gifts. :`-( UPD dated 02/17/2024 Damage to the parcel was reimbursed in the amount of 50% with the right to keep the goods. Thank you, I think this is fair compensation.

There is no point in talking about packaging anymore. I'm a little disappointed, although usually there were no problems with this. Well, thank you, at least the whole record arrived. I hope there will be no such problems in the future. I'm very pleased with the record.
