STEP 1 "Freshly ground"
Freshly ground coffee powder has an exceptional taste and aroma, so it is best to grind it with a hand grinder or electric grinder just before brewing
STEP 2 "Measure"
Put in the coffee powder for the number of people. The standard amount for one serving (120ml) is about 10g
The basic recipe is about 20g for two servings, and about 30g for three servings
STEP 3 "Steaming"
Let the boiling water cool slightly (about 90-92 degrees)

STEP 4 "Pour slowly"
