The hydraulic lift is designed for work requiring the lifting of heavy loads.. It cannot be used as a permanently installed support element.. It is also forbidden to transport lifted loads using a forklift.. The device has been designed for household use only and cannot be used professionally, i.e.. in workplaces and for paid work. Correct, reliable and safe operation of the device depends on proper use, therefore, before starting to work with the tool, read the operating instructions. Specification:
lifting capacity: 4,000kg
Libra: 3kg
minimum height: 178mm
maximum height: 348mm
additional height adjustment using a screw in the head (+5cm)
Filling only with hydraulic oil of viscosity class SAE 10
Installation and operation:
The lift is supplied as an assembled system and requires no assembly or adjustment.
Before starting work, approximately 6 complete pumping cycles should be performed with the release valve open to ensure proper distribution of the hydraulic oil.
Periodic tightening of all screw connections is required - this will increase the safety of use and extend the life of the jack.
Lifting:Before starting the lift, make sure that the lift operator will have the lift and the load being lifted in sight during all movements.
Using the narrow end of the lift arm, close the release valve by turning it clockwise until it stops.
Place the jack under the load being lifted in a place designated for use with jacks so that the load rests centrally on the jack saddle.
If necessary, on post lifts, the extension bolt can be removed until the lift saddle comes into contact with the load being lifted.
Insert the lift arm into the socket. By moving the arm up and down, raise the load to the required height.
After lifting, secure the load against falling, e.g.. stands.
Leaving:Before starting lowering, ensure that the lowered load will not cause injury to the operator.
Using the narrow end of the lifting arm, slowly turn the release valve counterclockwise.. Do not open the release valve any further than is required to slowly lower the load.. Unscrewing the valve too much may cause it to unscrew from the housing.
After the load has been completely lowered, disconnect the arm from the lift and remove the lift from under the load.
For post lifts, screw in the extension screw if used.
