The warranty is effective once the machine is delivered from our warehouse; We refuse returning the goods without any quality defects. Like changing mind or don't like the items after receiving the goods; Please contact us within 7 days and return the parcel within 30 days. If this item is in your possession more than 7 days, it is considered to be used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. Please pack the item well and MUST provide us tracking number, specific reason for the returning.
Shipping
We ship to confirmed order address only. Your order address MUST MATCH your shipping address. And we usually ship out the parcel in 3~7 days after order confirmation; China Post Air Mail usually takes about 15-35 working days, but for some areas of Russia, Brazil, Belarus, Ukraine, Kazakhstan it may take over 40 working days; Other commercial expresses like DHL, TNT, FedEx, EMS etc., which usually take about 3~10 days; Please contact us to prolong the shipping time if it is running out, please DO NOT open dispute when the shipping time is over 5 days; Weekends and holidays are NOT counted into the shipping time and it can be prolonged during holiday seasons; If you have not received your shipment within 30 days after delivery, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you ASAP;
Color Difference
Product’s color may vary due to different monitor display. Please do not place the order if you have concern about this; If the item is returned due to color differences, we WILL NOT pay for the returning cost.
